For a specific set of members, their enrollment process to access their online portal was outdated and cumbersome to complete, with many dropping off without completing the enrollment process.
To improve the enrollment process, I used the Google Venture's modified 3 day design sprint.

The main challenge of this design sprint was understanding the key business stakeholders that needed to be a part of the design sprint.
Solution

During the first day of the design sprint, it was discovered that there were other stakeholders that needed to be involved and they joined for the last two days of the design sprint.
